02 Unique Design and Architectural Excellence
(1) Phoenix Flower in Bloom: A Symbol of Cultural Legacy
The design of the project draws inspiration from the “Phoenix Flower,” Yangjiang’s city flower, symbolizing the city’s cultural vibrancy and continuity. The Phoenix Flower represents passion, energy, and hope—values that resonate with the spirit of Yangjiang. By incorporating this element into the architecture, the design marries local identity with a contemporary aesthetic, creating a truly unique cultural landmark.
The building’s exterior is clad in LOPO Terracotta curtain wall panels, a material known for its durability, environmental friendliness, and color retention. The panels can be adjusted to achieve different visual effects, allowing the design to evolve with the changing light and perspectives. The theme “Phoenix Flower in Bloom, Shared Cultural Prosperity” is reflected in the dynamic and ever-changing appearance of the facade, creating an impression of Phoenix flower petals fluttering in the wind.
(2) Integrating Cultural Heritage into Interior Spaces
Inside, the design pays homage to Yangjiang’s rich cultural history. Elements from traditional Yangjiang lacquerware, such as the iconic “Eight Treasures Box,” have been woven into the interior space, bridging the past with the future. This fusion of modern and classical design speaks to both the city’s heritage and its forward-looking approach to innovation.
03 Innovative Technology and Recognition
